After successfully placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email address and telephone number are entered correctly.

Payments may be processed through authorised payment service providers and financial institutions. Payment information required to complete a transaction is handled through the payment system available during checkout.

Where card information is entered directly through an external payment provider, that provider processes the card information according to its own security standards.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order is processed or dispatched.

Once an order has already been shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Standard shipping within the United Arab Emirates is 35 AED, unless another shipping rate or promotion is displayed during checkout.

UAE orders are normally expected to arrive within approximately 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of location, courier operations, weekends, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.

SHDHYY currently provides delivery within the United Arab Emirates to serviceable residential and business addresses.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your delivery address. We will try to update it before shipment where possible.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or require an additional delivery attempt.

Eligible products may be returned within 45 days from the date of delivery, provided that they meet our return conditions.

Returned products should be new, unused, unopened and in their original resalable condition. Original packaging, labels, seals and included accessories should remain intact.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance and beauty products, items that have been opened, sprayed, tested or used may generally not be eligible for return.

This does not prevent us from reviewing products received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Once an eligible return has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will normally be initiated using the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the funds to appear may depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Eau de Parfum (EDP) generally contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils than Eau de Toilette (EDT), although the exact formulation varies by product.

EDP fragrances often offer a richer or longer-lasting experience, while EDT fragrances are frequently lighter.

Keep fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and major temperature changes.

Keeping the bottle properly closed and stored in its original box can also help protect the fragrance over time.
